3. Participations in or by Insurance Companies

EIC Expatriates Insurance Consulting Versicherungsmakler GmbH holds no direct or indirect participation of more than 10 percent in the voting rights or capital of any insurance company. No insurance company holds a direct or indirect participation of more than 10 percent in the voting rights or capital of EIC Expatriates Insurance Consulting Versicherungsmakler GmbH.

4. Advisory Basis and Scope of Brokerage Activity

As insurance brokers, we advise and arrange insurance on the basis of a sufficient number of insurance contracts and insurers available on the market (§ 60 para. 1 VVG). We offer our customers advisory services.

Notice pursuant to § 60 para. 2 VVG: Our comparisons represent a selection of insurance tariffs available on the market but do not cover the complete range of all insurers. This may be due to various reasons, such as insurers not providing tariff data, not wishing to be listed, or no contractual cooperation existing with us. Where needed, we individually research additional offers for our customers beyond these comparisons.

5. Remuneration

For the arrangement and management of group/insurance contracts, we generally receive commissions from the respective insurance company, which are already included in the insurance premiums. In addition, we may receive further remuneration from cooperating insurers that is not related to individual contracts. We do not receive fees from our customers.
