APRIL International Care France was founded in 1988 in Lyon and is part of the APRIL Group. The company specializes in international health insurance for expats and operates in over 180 countries.
The company employs over 450 multilingual staff from 26 nationalities and has a presence in 14 countries. APRIL works with a network of over 30,000 distribution partners and more than 2 million healthcare partners worldwide. The risk is carried by established partners: Groupama Gan Vie for health insurance and Chubb European Group SE for assistance and liability coverage.
Good to know: APRIL International is not an insurer in the traditional sense, but rather an insurance intermediary (MGA). The actual insurance coverage is provided by Groupama Gan Vie – an insurer with solid standing.
The Product: MyHealth International
MyHealth International is a modular international private medical insurance (IPMI) with five plan levels. What makes it special: you choose not only the plan but also which coverage modules you need.
