(1) The IPMI Calculator serves exclusively for information and orientation purposes in the field of international health insurance.
(2) The calculations provided do not constitute binding offers but serve as non-binding guidance.
(3) Individual consultation is not replaced by using the calculator.

Particularly important: No liability for data accuracy
(1) The rates, prices, and conditions displayed in the IPMI Calculator are subject to change at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of the information provided.
(2) Actual insurance premiums may differ significantly from the displayed values due to individual factors (health status, pre-existing conditions, special risks).
(3) Technical disruptions, transmission errors, or maintenance work may lead to incorrect calculations. Liability for this is excluded.
(4) Liability for damages resulting from the use or non-use of the information provided is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 4 Data Currency
(1) The rates and conditions stored in the calculator are based on data provided to us by insurance companies.
(2) Changes to insurance rates are not automatically updated in real-time. There may be delays in updating the information.
(3) For binding information on current rates and conditions, please contact our advisors.
§ 5 Usage Rights
(1) Use of the IPMI Calculator is free and non-binding.
(2) Commercial use or distribution of calculation results requires our express written consent.
(3) All content is protected by copyright.
§ 6 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
§ 7 Remuneration
Our services are remunerated in the form of:
- commission included in the insurance premium, paid by the respective insurance company, or
- specifically agreed remuneration by the customer, or
- a combination of both.

§ 10 Complaints Management
Complaints should be addressed in writing to the management and will be processed promptly within our complaints management system.
§ 11 Sustainability (SFDR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of 27.11.2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector, we also advise our customers on sustainable investments in the products we broker.
§ 12 Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
